Welcome to Deddington Festival 2017

We're back - and we're raring to make this year's Festival the best yet!

Deddington Festival 2017 will run from Thursday, June 8 to Sunday, June 11 - and what a treat we have in store for you!

As well as old favourites such as Deddy Jazz, Deddy Rocks, A Walk on the Wild Side, the Art Exhibition, Writing Competition and Poetry Please, we’re delighted to announce some exciting new events, including a children’s festival with lots of activities for families and the first ever Deddy Car Fest, which is guaranteed to delight all those petrol heads out there.

More information on all our events can be found in the 'What's On' pages - and don’t forget to follow us on Facebook and Twitter for all the latest news.

Unique 'car-b-cue' up for grabs

Take a look at this short film, which shows local man and artisan blacksmith Alex Moss creating a unique car-be-cue to be auctioned off during Deddy Car Fest on Sunday 11 June - a day long celebration of cars old and new. So come along and make sure you don't miss out!

Calling all artists

If you are a potter, sculptor or painter with links to Deddington, then we want to hear from you!

The art exhibition that was a popular feature of Deddington Festival for many years is making a comeback in 2017 and we need you to make it a success. For more information, click here.

PS Our logo was designed by Gemma, a talented design student at Banbury & Bicester College. One of the Festival's aims is to provide learning opportunities for local young people and we were pleased to be able to work with the College on a Festival rebrand.
