Summer may still seem a very long way off, but plans are already well underway for Deddington Festival 2019.
This year's event will run from Thursday, June 6 to Sunday, June 9.
As well as old favourites such as Deddy Jazz, Deddy Rocks and the Art Exhibition and Sale, we'll be building on the phenomenal success of two newer events, the Children's Festival and Deddy-Car-Fest.
And we may well have some surprises up our sleeves too.....
More information on the programme will follow soon, so watch this space, and don't forget to follow us on Facebook and Twitter for all the latest news.
In the meantime, why not take a moment to enjoy the best moments of Festivals past, kindly shot for us by our Photographic Society friends and other amateur photographers.
And don't forget we're always keen to welcome new members to the Deddington Festival Committee so, if you feel you can help us make 2019 and future Festivals even more fabulous, then we’d love to hear from you via the contact page on this site.
Calling all artists!
If you are a potter, sculptor or painter with links to Deddington, the village’s Festival Committee wants to hear from you.
Entries are now being invited for the annual art exhibition that is a popular feature of Deddington Festival.
The exhibition will take place on Saturday, June 8 and Sunday, June 9. More information and entry form can be found here.
PS Our logo was designed by Gemma, a talented design student at Banbury & Bicester College. One of the Festival's aims is to provide learning opportunities for local young people and we were pleased to be able to work with the College on a Festival rebrand.
